stephen.I am a writter and knew marat when he was on the run in europe and I travelled with him to many places.I have been thinking of writting a novel around his storey.It is very unique and i had a special fondness for him.maybe Imeet you with him in london or europe .would assist me in writting the storey.?looking foreward to hearing from you.

They speak of Russian Mafia Bosses but never mention Marat Balagula.

Marat was “Yaponchik” boss and was considered The “Godfather” of the Russian mafia in America.
Marat was my friend in and outside Federal prison. We were cellmates for over 4yrs until my release 1yr. before Marat’s release.
Last year Marat was gunned down in his driveway of his home in Brieghton Beach.
8months prior Marat made mention that something would happen to him I feel he knew his time was short. He sent me his autobiography which I may or may not release but I feel it’s important he takes his place among the Bosses of Bosses in American history.
